Product Designated Use
It is for core drilling in walls, floors, roofs and road surface. Maxx Core Drill machines suitable for various materials such as reinforced concrete, brick and other construction materials. Replaceable stand options can provide further functions such as angle stitch drilling.
Usage Guide and Tips
During drilling of reinforced concrete, some partly cut rebar might block the core bit from spinning and drilling. In this case, drilling should be stopped, the rebar residu as well as other stuff blocking the spin of the core bit should be removed to ensure that they will not damage the diamond segment of the core bit. Please avoid giving any impact to the connector part of the core bit, as well as the core bit body. Not perfectly upward straight core bit connector will render the core bit unusable as well as deformed core bit body will prevent the core bit from drilling or drilling smoothly. In case taking out of the sample inside core bit is difficult, make sure that the sample inside the core bit itself is being pushed outside, and no hitting impact should be given to the core bit connector or core bit body.
